My wife and I went to select our flooring for our new home. We were very surprised at the choices and upgrade option available. Basically, everything is a upgrade. For example the basic carpet comes with a 5 lb. carpet pad. This is unacceptable. However, they do offer an 8 lb. pad and memory foam which are all upgrade. The basic carpet itself, in my opinion should not be offered at all. It’s the basic lower level carpet. The bathroom tile is really reasonable. Based on my experience with tiling in my other homes, this appears to be a good valve.
